DEXCARO EXPERIENCE is an immersive gastronomic and fine dining experience in Denia where contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, local produce and creativity come together in a journey designed to awaken all the senses.

An exclusive room, a single table and a tasting menu in Denia inspired by Mediterranean, American, Peruvian, Mexican, French and Asian flavors. An experience created to discover Dexcaro from the emotion, the atmosphere and the details.

Experience represents the most sophisticated and sensory side of Dexcaro: an intimate space where each pass, each pairing and each moment are part of a different gastronomic experience on the Costa Blanca.

    The Experience Menu requires a minimum of 6 hours' notice for bookings. For last-minute reservations, please contact the restaurant by phone.

    BOOKING CONDITIONS

    All guests will be served at the same time. We offer a 15-minute grace period; after this time, the experience will continue from whichever point the menu is currently at.

    Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of €109 per guest.

    We do not offer a children's menu, nor do we have space adapted for high chairs or strollers.

    Taking photos with mobile phones is permitted, provided it does not interfere with the experience of other guests.

  • This is a sample menu that the chef can modify as required, either for new additions or unforeseen circumstances.

Important for your reservation

  • Reservations must be made at least 6 hours before service. If you make a reservation within the last 6 hours, please contact the restaurant.
  • It must be taken into consideration that we do not have children's menus or proposals adapted to children. We do not accept babies, strollers, or children under 10 years old who do not want to eat the menu. It is not a place suitable for children.
  • The reservation for the Ossadia menu will always be made with a bank card, the whole amount will be paid on the day of the menu and will be paid at the restaurant (the bank card is the reservation system to guarantee the reservation) and will only be charged by card if you do not attend the menu.
  • In case of intolerances or allergies, please contact the restaurant at least 48 hours in advance.
  • The menu contains all allergens (NO GLUTEN FREE MENU OPTION).
  • We only have a single table that will be shared among all diners.
  • The menu is served from a minimum of one diner to a maximum of 8. It is not necessary to complete the table.
  • Pets are not allowed, except for those accompanying blind people.
  • The restaurant reserves the right to change the menu schedule on the same day. No refund or change of date will be made.
  • The pairing corresponds to the tasting of small glasses of wine or other beverages, with or without alcohol, in different sequences of the menu. The repetition of any of these drinks will have an extra charge on the final bill.
  • Both the menu described on the website and the wine pairing may change or be modified.
  • IMPORTANT! TO BOOK THE MENU D'EXCARO EXPERIENCE YOU MUST SELECT THE TIME SLOT 13:00 / 19:00 / 21:30. The menu is not available at other times. If there is no shift at 19:00 h, the menu will start at 21:30 H.
  • IMPORTANT!!! YOU MUST ARRIVE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE EACH MENU, IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER THE MENU HAS STARTED, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RESERVATION AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE APPLIED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL US
