A tailor-made experience that adapts to you: you can enjoy it in our private dining room (with a single table), in the privacy of your own home, or aboard your boat. Wherever you are, you’ll have a chef dedicated entirely to you and your guests. Forget the traditional restaurant experience: here, we offer an immersive fine-dining journey where intimacy and haute cuisine come together to awaken all your senses.

We’ve designed a tasting menu in Dénia where the finest local Mediterranean ingredients blend with cutting-edge international cuisine. Each course and each pairing is a surprise that takes you on a journey through the world’s most surprising flavors (with subtle nods to Asian, Peruvian, and French cuisine), with meticulous attention to every detail to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

  • The menu shown is for reference only and may vary depending on the season, ingredients, and the team's creativity. Dexcaro reserves the right to change dishes and prices without prior notice.
  • Notify us of allergies or intolerances at least 48 hours ahead and call 633 03 26 14 to confirm receipt. Ask the restaurant whether the menu can be adapted.
  • Not all food intolerances or dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
  • Book Menú Experience at least 4 hours ahead. For last-minute enquiries, call 633 03 26 14.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Arrive 15 minutes early. If you are over 30 minutes late, call Dexcaro: joining the service may no longer be possible, or some courses may already have passed. Lateness alone does not automatically trigger a guarantee charge.
  • You may cancel or reduce the number of guests without a penalty when 72 hours or more remain before the confirmed service time. With less than 72 hours remaining, or if a guest does not attend, Dexcaro may charge 50% of the chosen menu price for each affected guest after reviewing the incident: €54.50 for a €109 menu, or €64.50 for a €129 menu. The charge cannot exceed the maximum accepted at booking. There is no automatic charge when the 72-hour point is reached and no duplicate charge for the same incident. If Dexcaro cancels the service, no penalty applies.
  • We do not offer a children's menu or have space for high chairs or strollers.
  • You may take photos with your cell phone as long as they do not disturb the other diners.

  • Book Menú Experience at least 4 hours ahead. For last-minute enquiries, call 633 03 26 14.
  • Please note that we do not offer children’s menus or dishes tailored for children. We do not allow infants, strollers, or children under 10 who do not wish to order from the menu. This is not a child-friendly establishment.
  • To confirm an Experience menu booking, enter a card once in Stripe's secure form. Dexcaro does not charge for the menu or hold the 50% guarantee when you book. Your bank may show a small temporary authorization to verify the card; this is not a Dexcaro charge. Pay for the menu at Dexcaro on the day of service. The maximum possible charge for your booking is shown before you accept.
  • Notify us of allergies or intolerances at least 48 hours ahead and call 633 03 26 14 to confirm receipt. Ask the restaurant whether the menu can be adapted.
  • The menu lists all allergens (WE DO NOT OFFER A GLUTEN-FREE MENU OPTION)
  • We only have one table, which will be shared by all the guests.
  • The menu is available for groups of one to eight people. You do not need to fill the table.
  • Pets are not allowed, except for those accompanying blind people
  • If Dexcaro cancels the service, no penalty applies.
  • A wine pairing involves tasting small sips of wine or other beverages—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—at different stages of the meal. An extra charge will be added to the final bill for any repeat servings of these beverages.
  • Both the menu described on the website and the wine pairing are subject to change or modification.
  • Menú Experience: 13:00, 19:00 and 21:00, subject to availability. Arrive 15 minutes early.
