We’ve designed a tasting menu in Dénia where the finest local Mediterranean ingredients blend with cutting-edge international cuisine. Each course and each pairing is a surprise that takes you on a journey through the world’s most surprising flavors (with subtle nods to Asian, Peruvian, and French cuisine), with meticulous attention to every detail to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

  • The Experience menu requires a minimum of 6 hours' notice for reservations. For last-minute reservations, please contact the restaurant by phone.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • All diners will be served at the same time. A 15-minute grace period is provided; after this time, the dining experience will continue from the point where the menu left off.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of €109 per guest.
  • We do not offer a children's menu or have space for high chairs or strollers.
  • You may take photos with your cell phone as long as they do not disturb the other diners.

Important Information for Your Reservation

  • Reservations must be made at least 6 hours before the meal. If you make a reservation within the last 6 hours, please contact the restaurant.
  • Please note that we do not offer children’s menus or dishes tailored for children. We do not allow infants, strollers, or children under 10 who do not wish to order from the menu. This is not a child-friendly establishment.
  • Reservations for the Ossadia menu must always be made using a credit card hold; the full amount is due on the day of the meal and must be paid at the restaurant. (The credit card hold is the reservation system used to guarantee your reservation.) You will only be charged to your card if you do not show up for the meal.
  • If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please contact the restaurant at least 48 hours in advance.
  • The menu lists all allergens (WE DO NOT OFFER A GLUTEN-FREE MENU OPTION)
  • We only have one table, which will be shared by all the guests.
  • The menu is available for groups of one to eight people. You do not need to fill the table.
  • Pets are not allowed, except for those accompanying blind people
  • The restaurant reserves the right to change the menu schedule on the same day. No refunds or date changes will be granted.
  • A wine pairing involves tasting small sips of wine or other beverages—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—at different stages of the meal. An extra charge will be added to the final bill for any repeat servings of these beverages.
  • Both the menu described on the website and the wine pairing are subject to change or modification.
  • IMPORTANT! TO RESERVE THE D'EXCARO EXPERIENCE MENU, YOU MUST SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TIME SLOTS: 1:00 PM / 7:00 PM / 9:30 PM. The menu is not available at any other time. If there is no reservation at 7:00 p.m., the menu will begin at 9:30 p.m.
  • IMPORTANT!!! YOU MUST ARRIVE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE EACH MEAL. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES AFTER THE MEAL HAS BEGUN, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RESERVATION AND THE CANCELLATION POLICY WILL APPLY. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CALL US.
