Version 2.0 of potatoes with broken eggs, with creamy dumpling stuffed with foiegras. You’ll probably suck up to the plate.




- RICE MY WAY
Creamy rice from the Albufera, with Iberian acorn ham broth, morels and duck magret… a rice in our own way and different.





- RED TUNA RYOSHI
Bluefin tuna belly tempura, served with edamame, ginger and wakame with wasabi mayonnaise and bbq japanese sauce.



- CEVICHE
Fish from the fish market seasoned in tiger’s milk, sour, spicy and refreshing with pickled chilies, Valencian citrus, fire-broiled corn on the cob and crispy chips.

Very creamy and crunchy, accompanied by with samorreta with chipotle chili.





- BEEF RIBS, CANARY ISLANDS AND PERU
Juicy ribs cooked for 48 hours at low temperature with Mojo canario and mango and mashed Peruvian cause with coriander.

Lobster wok wok chili style Singapour with lime, coriander, tomato and soy.





- DALMAKHANI INDIAN RISOTTO
Italy-India fusion, Beluga lentil risotto with about 60 ingredients will explode on your palate, Moroccan lemon, black garlic, butter and parmesan.
