Version 2.0 of potatoes with broken eggs, with creamy dumpling stuffed with foiegras, probably sucked to the plate.

Italian-Thai fusion, stuffed with mushrooms and truffle, served with dried tomato, parmesan and chili peppers with green curry sauce / VEGETARIAN OPTION
- RED TUNA RYOSHI
Bluefin tuna belly tempura, served with edamame, ginger and wakame with wasabi mayonnaise and bbq japanese sauce.

Fish in tiger’s milk, with South American and Asian chili jam, yuzu and grilled corn on the cob.
- COCHINITA PIBIL CROQUETTES (3pcs)
Very creamy with cochinita pibil larded meat, Iberian bacon and soy and tekila mayonnaise.

Juicy ribs cooked for 48 hours at low temperature with Mojo canario and mango and mashed Peruvian cause with coriander.
