The haute cuisine of Dexcaro leaves the restaurant and sets sail with you, with the Mediterranean as your only dining room.
We set sail from the Port of Dénia aboard the yacht Captain Salazar. You choose how to experience it: watching the sun set over the sea or sailing during the day, and how to end the day—with a meal prepared by Chef Carlos García or with a selection of local specialties served on board.
